Fannon electric infrared goldenrod emitter offers high Intensity Short to Medium IR Wavelength Radiation which is the best suit with absorption band of the most organic material such as polymer common used in powder coating.

Finally, although the electricity fee seems expensive comparison to gases heating method, the electric IR system offers shorter process time which affected less running energy cost. Moreover, the advantage on fast on-off and  interlock which can turn heaters off when no-load and turn-on suddenly in seconds when loading.




Infrared burner can be control by various methods such as On/Off, High/Low or Modulation gas. The On/Off and High/Low are the simplest method and offer advantages on economic, but the process seem to be poor quality. With regard to the process which surface temperature seems more sensitivity such as powder coating, food processing , film curing and ect. The surface temperature needs to be control accurately. If the control employs the traditional On/Off or  High/Low, the surface temperature will be very fluctuate.  The modulation gas systems helps to control objects surface temperature more accurately as a result of higher product quality, less rejection and more energy efficiency.
